I started training at Charge 12 months ago. Since then, I have seen every aspect of my body improve, including focus, strength, flexibility, confidence & balance. I guess it’s what happens when you surround yourself with awesome people like Keagan and Odelle. 🙂
I love Charge Movement. Keagan is an amazing trainer; he is so passionate about every one of us achieving our goals. I now love going to the gym, and I never thought I would hear myself say that! Every class is different; I’m never bored. It’s also a bonus that we train with a fantastic group of people; we always have a laugh.
