Our movement classes are foundational to building an all-round able body. You will Learn how to develop body awareness, ground movement, mobility, control and body weight strength.

There are too many amazing places to visit in Brisbane & around Samford Valley for people to feel like their body is holding them back. Our aim is to get the Samford Valley & Brisbane locals out and about!
