How We Build Strength

Charge Movement focusses heavily on building strength with control. We aim to create a foundation of strength before we add weight. Conducting bodyweight strength training is a great way to achieve this while developing great control and mobility.

Our strength training inspiration comes from GMB fitness, Ido Portal Method & The Movement Collective.
