All of them overlap and compliment each other.

Let’s break it down… 

1. Consistency

Stay consistent with your training.

Yes, have an end goal & the desired outcome, but focus on 1 day at a time.

You won’t notice the difference after 1 day, 7 days, 10 days, but you sure as hell will after 90 days.

2. Accountability

We all have that friend that gives it to us straight.

That always wants the best for you.

Reach out and ask if they will help you stick to your goals.

We leave our health last too often.

But with this accountability buddy tip, not letting them down may very well be your drive.

3. Tracking

What gets measured improves.

Tracking your metrics is so important.

If you don’t know where you started, how the hell do you know where you are going?

Keep a log of your progress, whether that’s weight, distance, time, energy, stamina.

The progress towards the goal is always the best part, not the finish…

Incorporate all 3 and you will be unstoppable.
