Heck, I run a gym and I still forget to move my body.

But there’s just too much evidence showing how exercise improves every aspect of our life, and we would be crazy to leave it out!

  • Clearer thinking
  • Reduces stress
  • Sharp focus
  • Elevated mood
  • Lowers risk of disease

That first step is sometimes the toughest.

Sometimes it takes a friend to push.

Sometimes it takes an event to look good for.

And sometimes it takes a life threatening health problem to flick the switch.

That last one is really what we’re trying to avoid.
